At Relentless Knives, we believe your knife should last a lifetime. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on every new Relentless knife, no matter where or from whom you bought it. Even if you found a Relentless knife — yes, even one lost by someone else — you’re welcome to send it in. As long as the knife exists, we’ll service it. No proof of purchase required. No questions asked.
Who Is Eligible?
Anyone can request warranty service — you do not need to be the original buyer.
Warranty applies to all genuine Relentless knives. Sorry, we don’t repair other company’s knives!
You are responsible for shipping the knife to us and associated costs.
We cover return shipping back to you as well as return shipping costs.
Important: You must package the knife safely. If the blade is exposed or improperly packed, we will not accept the package from the carrier and it will be returned to you without service.
What’s Covered by the Warranty?
Our team inspects every knife and performs all necessary service to bring it back to the best possible condition. While we can’t make it brand new again, we aim to get it as close as we can.
General Service Includes:
Cleaning and sanitizing the entire knife
Repairing and resealing the handle
Blade edge repair and factory-grade sharpening
Polishing the blade and titanium parts
Cleaning, repairing, or replacing the sheath
We Can Often Repair:
Improperly sharpened blades
Rolled or dulled edges
Damaged handle grit or surface wear
Minor damage to the Power Strip
Limitations — What We Usually Can’t Fix:
Lost or stolen knives
Severely bent blades (we’ll try, but no guarantees)
Broken blade tips (we can clean it up but not restore the original shape)
Cracked handles (we cannot replace, but may improve functionality)
Large chips in the edge (we may try to sharpen past them, but it's not always possible)
Other extreme damage
How to Request Warranty Service
We always appreciate hearing from our customers so feel free to contact us and let us know your sending back a knife for warranty service. Its not required, but greatly appreciated.
1. Package Your Knife Securely
Use the original sheath or sturdy protection for the blade.
Packaging must prevent the knife from penetrating the box or causing injury. (Improperly packaged knives will be rejected and returned by the carrier. We are not liable for damage or injury due to poor packaging.)
2. Include the Following Inside the Package:
Reason for return and any special service requests (optional)

What to Expect
We will normally complete service within 3 business days of receiving your knife.
Your knife will be shipped back to you on the next business day after service is complete.
You’ll receive a text or email with a service summary and tracking info.

If you ever damage your Relentless™ Knife, by accidentally sharpening the ultra-hard, carbide/crushed diamond "Power Strip" or just want some factory-performed blade maintenance, handle refresh, or sheath repairs send it in and we will repair, revitalize, and renew it as close to new as we can!”
